Membership is open to anyone living in the areas covered by either Bracknell Forest or Wokingham Borough Council and is disabled (whatever age) or over the age of 70. Self-certification is all that is needed, there is normally no independent evidence required.

Registration is £1.00 and membership is a yearly subscription for our basic services. If you would like to receive the monthly programme and the newsletter there is an additional subscription. If you only require Dial a Ride you can register and pay the yearly subscription.

Please note that we are an independent charitable organisation (not run by local authorities - although we do receive some grant aid from the councils). We are governed by a management committee and funded from grants and donations. Our charitable status prevents us from making profit, or from working on behalf of any profit making organisation. General Enquiry Line: 0345 544 0850 (option 1) - For all enquiries and other calls. Our office hours are 08.30 to 16:30 with a break from 13:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. Occasionally the office may be unmanned if a volunteer has been called out to drive or assist a passenger (our top priority). Please call back or if it is to cancel a trip leave a message. 

Booking Line: 0345 544 0850 (option 2) - This number is usually manned between 09:00 and 16:30 with a break from 12:30 to 14:00, Monday to Friday and is only for Dial a Ride and shopping trip bookings. Bookings require at least 2 working days notice.

Out of Hours line: 0345 544 0850 (option 3) - This line is open only whilst there is transport operating at that time and used in an EMERGENCY if you have a problem with transport operating at that time.
